They confirmed to me on 27.03.2020 that the order would be delivered on 31.03.2020, which it was. The delivery driver was very helpful and maintained a safe socially distanced delivery. Our box pergola turned up on the date specified even in the current situation. Easy to follow instructions and we’ll built. The bolt down feet were missing with the delivery but everyone makes mistakes and no one is perfect and one phone call and they were dispatched the same day and again delivered when they said. Can’t fault the product or the customer service we received. Love our pergola

Overall your product is sturdy, nicely finished and pretty simple to put together. I later built my nextdoor neighbour's unit - she's bought something simply labelled 'Logstore' and whilst OK once constucted, was not nearly as good as your product !
